My Absolute Favorite Essential Oil to Reduce Stress & Calm Anxiety
There is one essential oil that I love the most and it is Stress Away by Young Living. Other oils can try to get the top spot, but I don't see that happening anytime soon! It is my go-to essential oil to reduce stress and calm anxiety.
When my friend Meghan told me she wanted to trade Stress Away because she couldn't stand the smell of it, I thought she was nuts. Trade an oil? Are you kidding? But she insisted.

I don't know how I would have managed the daily commute to Denver or the 96-hour trip from Colorado to Alaska without Stress Away. I've also used it numerous times riding into town with my husband whose fidgeting behind the wheel makes me nervous and stresses me out. (Any other wives out there have a husband who says the seatbelt or his pants are too tight around his waist when he's driving? Please tell me. I'm curious!)
