Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products and time-limited access passes purchased directly from websites operated by Emery Road Writing Services, LLC. Emery Road Publications is a publishing brand operated by Emery Road Writing Services, LLC.
Digital Products
Because ebooks, audiobooks, printable PDFs, and other digital products are made available immediately after purchase, all digital-product sales are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Please review the product description, file format, and device requirements before completing your purchase.
Technical or Delivery Problems
If you do not receive your delivery instructions or experience a problem with an incomplete, defective, or inaccessible file, email inquiries@emeryroad.com. Please include your order number and a description of the problem.
Depending on the issue, assistance may include:
- Resending the delivery email or download instructions
- Restoring access to the purchased product
- Replacing or correcting a defective file
- Referring the issue to BookFunnel for delivery or device assistance
- Reviewing an accidental duplicate transaction
Providing technical assistance, replacement access, or a corrected file does not create a general right to a refund.
Thirty Day Vault Access Passes
Purchases of 30-Day Vault Access Passes are final and nonrefundable, except where required by law.
Each pass is a one-time purchase providing 30 consecutive calendar days of access. It is not a recurring subscription and does not renew automatically. No cancellation is necessary because access expires automatically at the end of the access period.
Unused time, failure to use the Vault, or expiration of the access period does not qualify for a refund, credit, extension, or prorated payment. If a technical problem prevents access, contact us so we can investigate and restore access or provide another appropriate remedy.
Purchases from Other Retailers
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our websites. Purchases made through Amazon, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Google Play, Apple Books, or another retailer are governed by that retailer’s refund and return policies. Please contact the applicable retailer for assistance.
